Supporting Community Living
Prompt intervention and effective stabilization of a psychiatric crisis is
the primary goal of the Adult Acute Partial Hospital and Intensive
Outpatient Program. Our program is designed to provide rapid treatment for
those patients who need considerately more then is typically available in an
outpatient setting but do not require the supervision of an inpatient
setting. This service which can provide a structured therapeutic program for
up to six hours a day, five days a week is individualized and time limited.
Most individuals benefit from 4 weeks of program participation.
Comprehensive Services
The program's range of services include an initial evaluation which is
designed to identify each patient's unique psychiatric needs. Following the
evaluation, a treatment plan is implemented which is directed at
stabilizing, supporting and moving the patient to a less intensive level of
care. Our program is staffed by a highly skilled team of professionals, to
offer a level of care appropriate for each patient.
