The Trinitas Health Foundation invites you to pick YOUR way to relax with us on September 15, 2008. We are offering a fantastic day of golf at the Shackamaxon Golf & Country Club, or a luxurious day of rejuvenation at the Vito Mazza Salon & Day Spa!
For those interested in golf, there are two shotguns: one at 8am and one at 1pm. Registration for golfers begins at 7am for the 8am shotgun and at 10:30am for the 1pm shotgun.
The Day Spa registration begins at 10am.
There will be a buffet luncheon from 10:30am-2pm.
A limousine will leave for Vito Mazza Salon & Day Spa at 12:30pm.
After the 1pm shotgun is completed, there will be a cocktail reception at 6pm, followed by dinner and awards at 7pm. The golf format is Scramble. Other awards include Men's Foursome (first and second place), Women's Foursome (first and second place), and contests including "Closest to the Pin," "4 Hole-in-Ones," "Longest Drive" and "Hit the Green." The Longest Drive Winner will receive the Paul C. Dabrowski Trophy, named to honor a former Trinitas employee.
If you purchase a Foursome Sponsorship, it includes four golf reservations; the gourmet buffet luncheon; the cocktail reception and dinners; a green, tee or hazard sign; listing in the program and a gift bag for each member.
A Golf Reservation includes the gourmet buffet luncheon, the cocktail reception and dinner, and a gift bag.
The Spa Day reservation includes the gourmet buffet luncheon, round-trip limousine transportation to the Vito Mazza Salon & Day Spa, refreshments at the Spa, an Aromatherapy Massage, a Pick-Me-Up Facial, a Spa Manicure, a Designer Hair Styling, a Make-Up Application, the cocktail reception, dinner and a gift bag.
A Dinner Reservation includes the cocktail reception and dinner, and a gift bag.
